Since 1978, out of Andover
In more than three decades we have roofed the local elementary school and the neighborhood retail strip, high-tech manufacturing plants and medical care buildings. Every job is planned before the truck rolls, and every roof is installed to meet or exceed the manufacturer's specifications so it is covered by warranty.
Licensed by Carlisle, Firestone and Sika-Sarnafil
We specialize in single-ply membrane installation, and our crews install low slope, steep slope and architectural metal roofs as well. Each system below has its own page.

Low slope
EPDM, TPO and PVC, installed as a licensed Carlisle, Firestone, Sika-Sarnafil, Johns Manville and Duro-Last contractor.

Low slope
Multi-ply low-slope roofs installed new, and repaired where an older built-up or mod-bit system still has years in it.

Steep slope
Steep-slope work on slate, tile, asphalt shingles and historic buildings, where the detail has to match what is already there.

Architectural metal
Metal roofing and metal fabrication: flashings, copings, cupolas and the edge metal that keeps water out of a roof's weakest line.

Maintenance
Programs built around your roof: inspections, written reports with photos and a roof plan, drain clearing and small repairs.

24/7/365
A crew on the roof 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with same-day service and repair available.

Survey
Roof inspections, consulting on repair or replace, and field support for manufacturers' warranty programs.
Installed to meet or exceed the manufacturer's specifications. Covered by warranty. Built for years of worry-free performance.
Carlisle, Sika-Sarnafil, Firestone, Johns Manville and Duro-Last all license A&M to install their systems, and A&M provides field support for their warranty programs after the roof is down.
Maintenance programs
Regular maintenance is the cheapest way to make a commercial roof last. Our crews walk the roof and note drainage, roof traffic, weather damage and moisture infiltration, then build an inspection schedule and repair program around what they found.
How a maintenance program worksEvery survey ends with a roof plan of your building: drains, curbs, seams and the places water sits, marked so the next visit starts where this one stopped.

Membrane, flashings, sheet metal, drains and gutters, checked by eye on every visit.
A written report, photo documentation and a roof plan, so you can see what the crew saw without climbing the hatch.
A lifted seam or an open flashing gets fixed while the crew is already on the roof.
When a major repair or a replacement is coming, you hear about it with time to plan for it.

Single-ply membrane
A roof installed to meet or exceed the manufacturer's specifications is a roof the manufacturer will warrant. That is the standard on every A&M job, from the first seam to the last termination bar.
A few of the roofs our crews have worked on, from steel going up on a new building to flashing details a few inches wide.
