Licensed by five manufacturers
Every roof system we install, sorted by slope.
We specialize in single-ply membrane, but our crews install low slope, steep slope and architectural metal roofs too, then keep them dry with scheduled maintenance and emergency repair. Find your roof below, or jump straight to the group that matches your building.
Low slope
Flat roofs are won or lost at the seams.

Single-ply membrane
EPDM · TPO · PVC
Our specialty. Membrane roofs installed as a licensed contractor for Carlisle, Firestone, Sika-Sarnafil, Johns Manville and Duro-Last, laid to meet or exceed the manufacturer's specifications so the roof is covered by warranty. Read the full page
Built-up and modified bitumen
Multi-ply low slope
Multi-ply low-slope roofs installed new, and repaired where an older built-up or modified bitumen system is still worth keeping. An on-roof look at drainage, roof traffic, weather damage and moisture decides which way to go. Read the full page

Steep slope and architectural metal
Slate, tile and copper have to match what is already up there.

Slate, tile and historic roofing
Slate · Tile · Asphalt shingles · Historic
Steep-slope installation and repair on slate, tile, asphalt shingle and historic roofs, with sheet metal flashings fabricated to fit the valleys, towers and dormers, so new work sits right beside what is already there. Read the full page
Architectural sheet metal
Metal roofing · Fabrication
Metal roofing and metal fabrication for the parts of a roof that shed water at the edges: copings, edge metal, flashings, cupolas, conductor heads and leaders, installed new or repaired on an existing roof. Read the full page
Care, 24/7/365
When water is coming in, a crew answers.
Emergency roof repair is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with same-day service and repair on built-up, EPDM, TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, slate, metal and tile roofs. After the leak is stopped, the same crew can build the maintenance program that keeps it from coming back.
Scheduled maintenance programs
Inspection schedule + repair program
Visual inspections of the membrane, flashings, sheet metal, drains and gutters, a written report with photos and a roof plan, debris removal, minor repairs, and budgeting for any major work ahead.
Inspection and consulting
Survey + warranty field support
Roof inspections, advice on whether to repair or replace, and field support for manufacturers' warranty programs, backed by survey documentation you can hand to a board or a lender.
